Child and Teen Psychotherapy

Child and Teen Psychotherapy is designed for the unique developmental needs of children and teenagers. Therapists use methods suitable for a child's age and maturity, such as play, expreesive art, and interactive visual aids to help them express themselves. Therapists are trained to interpret and work with non-verbal cues from a child's behavior and play. Our trained therapists work with the parents of our young clinets to resolve conflicts, understand problems, and restore communication ruptures.

Couples Psychotherapy 

Couples Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy designed to help romantic partners resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship and emotional bond. It provides a safe, neutral space with a trained professional to address challenges at any stage of a relationship, regardless of marital status, age, or cultural background. Our therapists help couples recognize negative interaction patterns and emotional triggers, understanding unmet attachment needs, and restructuring interactions to foster deeper connection, intimacy, and trust.

Group Psychotherapy

Group therapy involves participants sharing similar experiences and feelings in a confidential environment, which can reduce feelings of isolation, shame and  judgement. Through shared experiences and guided discussion, individuals can receive peer support, gain perspective, practice social skills, and develop more constructive coping strategies. Our professional therapists provide feedback based on observations of participants' interactions, provide psychoeducation on their shared experinced and support collective healing.
